Challenge 25 - what does that mean?
In January 2009 Challenge 25 started.
Challenge 25 means that anyone over the age of 18 but under the age of 25 can be asked to produce ID if they want to buy booze.
If you are caught buying booze for an underage friend you can now be fined and if you are under 18 and buying booze you could be fined.
